Legislative Committee
The Legislative Committee is responsible for informing the membership of relevant pending legislation. If possible, the committee will develop a position and act on such legislation with approval from the Executive Committee. Interim Information
In May 2024, House Speaker Dade Phelan released interim charges to the committees of the Texas House of Representatives. You can view the charges here. The House Natural Resources Committee’s interim report is now available and can be found here.
