About TAGD Regular Business Meetings
TAGD holds regular meetings to discuss advances in groundwater science and technology, provide updates on legal and legislative matters, address membership needs, and provide networking opportunities for people working within the groundwater community. These meetings help further TAGD’s mission and are an excellent opportunity for groundwater conservation district staff and other groundwater professionals to share and learn new information. Regular Business Meeting speakers have included:
- State Legislators
- Employees of the Texas Water Development Board, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and other state agencies
- Consulting engineers and hydrogeologists
- Practicing attorneys
- Groundwater Conservation District staff and board members

GCD Boot Camp: Aquifer Science
TAGD is pleased to present another training in the GCD Boot Camp series. Join us the morning of January 30 for everything that district staff and board members need to know about aquifer science!

- Basic hydrogeology concepts
- Understanding the aquifers of Texas and aquifer characteristics
